Max Light

Our full service program that begins with a complete relamp at start of contract covers all lamps and ballast over a period of time for a fixed price. Monthly inspections, fixture cleaning, detailed site maps, annual energy review and light level inspection are included.

All Inclusive

Fixed fee agreement for labor and material for all lighting and sign maintenance but does not include relamp at beginning of contract. Monthly inspections, fixture cleaning, detailed site maps, annual energy review and light level inspection are included.

Night Watch

A monthly or quarterly scheduled inspection with time and material billing for repair. Not to exceed limits are established to control cost, prior to approval.

Fixed Fee

Another contract type and includes fixed labor cost or installed prices. Monthly inspections, fixture cleaning, detailed site maps, annual energy review and light level inspection are included.
